Nature Therapy

Tutor: Chris Smith

This experiential workshop aims to provide counsellors with some powerful techniques which can be used both inside and outside the therapy room.  The natural world can act both as a catalyst and vessel from which clients can process inner conflicts.  This workshop will be beneficial to therapists who want to learn more about the effects of our natural world on our client’s wellbeing.  Please wear comfy/all-weather clothes and bring a packed lunch and drink.

Chris Smith is a course leader at Plymouth College of Art and Design as well as a counsellor.  He has studied personal development with Martin Shaw.  He is a passionate environmentalist with particular interest in the role of the Natural World in the Human Experience.
