Art and Therapy

Diana Collins

Giving to others needs to come from a place where we attend and listen to ourselves. Working with art materials can ground care-givers within the process of image making and group discussion . In a supportive and accepting environment we can allow attention to focus on our own processes and help to identify our needs. This day incorporates ideas borrowed from mindfulness approaches to allow for exploration and fun within a group setting. '

Diana is in private practice as an art psychotherapist and works with all age groups including families and young people.
